This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex subsea projects, leading technical solutions from bid stage through to system integration, testing, and project delivery., * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marine Engineering, Electrical, Electronics, or a related discipline. * Significant experience in Subsea Production Control Systems. * Strong background in Systems Engineering, including requirements management and system architecture. * Experience with Tendering/Proposal Engineering and Project Execution. * Knowledge of System Integration, Verification & Validation (V&V), FAT/SIT, and configuration management. * Excellent stakeholder management and customer-facing communication skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and willingness to travel internationally when required. Key Responsibilities:- * Lead the engineering contribution for subsea production control system tenders. * Review client specifications and prepare technical proposals, risk registers, and engineering documentation. * Support commercial teams by developing competitive and technically compliant solutions. * Develop and maintain system architecture, requirements, and functional design specifications. * Manage system integration, verification & validation (V&V), testing, and acceptance activities. * Ensure technical compliance with industry standards and customer specifications. * Perform technical risk assessments, change control, and impact analysis. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams and interface directly with customers.
