## About the Role

* Degree qualified in Engineering (or equivalent experience)
 * Experience with 3D CAD (SolidWorks, Inventor, Solid Edge or similar)
 * Strong understanding of engineering and product design principles
 * A proactive, hands-on approach with strong problem-solving skills
 * Someone who enjoys working collaboratively and taking ownership of their work

## Description

We're looking for a Design Engineer to join a growing, forward-thinking engineering business that genuinely cares about its people. You'll be working on a variety of exciting projects, involved in the full product lifecycle from concept through to production with the chance to make a real impact. What You'll Be Doing

 * Developing innovative design concepts from initial brief through to production
 * Creating 3D CAD models and detailed engineering drawings
 * Supporting product development, testing, and validation activities
 * Collaborating with cross-functional teams across engineering, production, and quality
 * Contributing to problem solving and continuous improvement initiatives
 * Supporting the transition of designs into manufacturing
