This individual will serve as the primary onsite IT resource, supporting end users with desktop, laptop, Microsoft 365, and hardware/software issues while partnering with remote L2/L3 support teams for escalations., Provide onsite desktop and technical support for end users

Troubleshoot Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and hardware-related issues

Manage and resolve support tickets, walk-ups, and remote support requests

Support device imaging, deployments, refreshes, and software installations

Act as onsite "hands and feet" for infrastructure and vendor-related activities
