You will have direct access to customer executives and Salesforce executive management, while working closely with the Salesforce Product and Sales organizations. You must have excellent communication skills, energy, and thoughtfulness to build and deliver the best in the world for our customers., * 4 to 10 years of experience designing and delivering products in cross-functional teams from start to finish. * Deep understanding of user-centered design methods and best practices, with a constant drive to improve your process. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, agile environment while leading process improvement efforts. * Power to influence others and build consensus while navigating ambiguity. * Self-motivated, a strong communicator, and able to balance great design with meeting tight deadlines. * Experience using analytics, user research, and other data-informed approaches to make decisions and iterate on products. * Expert knowledge of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, and Illustrator. * Fluent in using AI across the design lifecycle - ideation, prototyping, research synthesis, and documentation - to work faster and explore more options, while applying design judgment to validate, refine, or override AI outputs. * Ability to provide structured design context and clear instructions that enable AI to generate high-quality, consistent, and user-centered outputs, while applying strong design judgment to evaluate and refine the results.
