## Description

The CSS - End User Support role involves providing comprehensive support to end users, primarily focusing on business analysis within applications built on Salesforce. The position requires collaboration with development teams and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and requirements gathering, supporting ongoing projects in a government environment. Responsibilities:

 * Act as a Business Analyst to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
 * Work closely with development teams, including architects and specialists, to ensure alignment on project goals.
 * Participate in QA and testing activities to validate application functionality.
 * Support end users by addressing issues and providing technical assistance related to Salesforce applications.
 * Engage in virtual and in-person interviews and meetings as part of project collaboration.
 * Adhere to on-site work requirements and collaborate within a hybrid work schedule.
