## Description

Design human-centered experiences for AIG's Enterprise AI Agentic Platform, including AI agent interaction flows, dashboards, and workflow screens.
Create user personas, journey maps, wireframes, mockups, clickable prototypes, and design specifications.
Partner with business stakeholders to understand user needs, operational pain points & adoption considerations across business lines.
Define UX patterns that support explainability, transparency, auditability, user control, and safe AI adoption.
Collaborate with UI developers and engineering teams to ensure design fidelity during implementation.
Conduct usability reviews and incorporate feedback from business users, product owners, security, and compliance stakeholders.
Maintain design consistency through reusable components, style guides, and accessibility checks.
