## About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with a strong background in Information Security/Cybersecurity to lead Agile teams, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, and drive secure software delivery. The ideal candidate will have experience in Agile frameworks, DevSecOps, CI/CD, and secure SDLC practices while collaborating with cross-functional security and engineering teams.
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
6-10 years of Scrum Master/Agile experience.
Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or LeSS.
Experience in Cybersecurity or DevSecOps environments.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps).
Strong knowledge of Secure SDLC, vulnerability management, threat modeling, and security testing.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, Tableau, and Agile reporting.
Log analysis and production issue troubleshooting.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
