They are detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable working directly with business stakeholders to solve data and reporting challenges. This person is eager to grow their technical expertise, has experience working in a fast-paced environment, and can effectively balance support requests, report enhancements, and ongoing migration efforts from legacy systems to modern BI platforms., 2-5 years of hands-on experience developing and supporting Power BI reports and dashboards. 2+ years of experience writing, modifying, and troubleshooting SQL queries and stored procedures. Experience with SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) and SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services). Strong understanding of relational databases, data structures, and reporting concepts. Experience creating, maintaining, and enhancing operational and business reports. Ability to troubleshoot data issues, validate report accuracy, and support end users. Experience working with report migrations, report conversions, or legacy system modernization projects. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple support requests and deliverables in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field. Experience supporting enterprise reporting environments. Exposure to Power BI administration and user security/access management. Familiarity with data warehousing and ETL concepts. ## Description This role will primarily focus on supporting and enhancing the organization's reporting environment through Power BI, SQL, SSRS, and SSIS.
