The ideal candidate will bring strong full-stack development experience, a commitment to software quality, and the ability to collaborate effectively within an Agile/Scrum environment., * Senior-level (5 years' experience) developing full-stack enterprise applications. * Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, and AngularJS. * Experience with RESTful services, unit/integration testing, and enterprise application development. * Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. * Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills. * Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders., * Bachelor's degree and 5 years of relevant experience in software development or technical roles. * Proficiency in Java and the Spring Boot framework. * Understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum. * Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git). * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. * Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills * Master's Degree in related discipline. ## Description * Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise applications and services. * Develop secure, scalable, readable, and maintainable software. * Troubleshoot application defects and production issues and provide ongoing support. * Participate in technical design decisions, code reviews, testing, and software releases. * Collaborate with customers, product owners, Scrum Masters, QA engineers, and development teams to clarify requirements and deliver solutions. * Support and enhance existing applications, including legacy systems. * Maintain accurate technical documentation. Agile/Scrum: * Participate actively in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement. * Collaborate with product owners and team members to define, estimate, and deliver user stories. * Contribute to continuous improvement and alignment with product goals.
