Preferred Qualifications * Experience administering and configuring the sponsor collaboration tools. * Experience supporting enterprise or mission-critical environments. ## Description * Systems Administration (Tier 1 & Tier 2) * Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for Windows and Linux servers and workstations. * Respond to user incidents, service requests, and system alerts in accordance with established procedures. * Troubleshoot operating system, application, network, and hardware issues. * Install, configure, patch, and maintain Windows and Linux systems. * Create and manage user accounts, permissions, and system access. * Monitor system health, perform preventative maintenance, and document system changes. * Escalate complex issues to senior engineers while providing detailed troubleshooting documentation. * Develop automation scripts using PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar scripting languages to improve operational efficiency.
