## About the Role

Travel and hybrid office work must have valid Enhanced ID or Passport Card, * Requires experience working with manufacturing ERP systems and a strong understanding of manufacturing business processes., * 7+ years experience as a Business Systems Analyst, ERP Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.

 * 2+ years experience working with manufacturing ERP systems.
 * Understanding of manufacturing business processes and operations.
 * Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
 * Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and communicate effectively with technical teams.
 * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process-improvement skills.
 * Ability to work directly with business users and manufacturing/plant personnel.
 * Strong curiosity and willingness to learn business processes and technology.
 * Willingness to travel to manufacturing locations approximately once per month.

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience with Infor Visual ERP.
 * Experience with shop-floor or manufacturing operations.
 * Exposure to production planning, work orders, estimation, or job-shop manufacturing.
 * Experience with ERP configuration, optimization, enhancement, or continuous improvement.
 * Experience working with enterprise applications such as ERP, CRM, or related business systems.
 * Experience serving as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT.
 * Experience working in a multi-site manufacturing organization.
