* Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
 * 15+ years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, technology operations, and risk management.
 * 10+ years of experience managing cybersecurity programs and cross functional teams.
 * Strong understanding of cybersecurity operations, including SOC, Vulnerability Management, Patch Management, EDR, IAM, PAM, Incident Response, and GRC.
 * Proven experience managing large scale cybersecurity initiatives and vendor delivered services.
 * Experience presenting cybersecurity strategy, risks, and operational updates to executive leadership and boards.
 * Strong program management, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

## Description

* Cybersecurity Program Leadership
 * Manage and oversee cybersecurity programs in alignment with Teachers FCU's security strategy, risk management objectives, and business goals.
 * Define program objectives, deliverables, success metrics, roadmaps, timelines, and governance structures.
 * Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of cybersecurity projects, ensuring completion within scope, schedule, and budget.
 * Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute long term cybersecurity strategies and transformation initiatives.
 * Prioritize cybersecurity investments and initiatives based on risk assessments, regulatory requirements, and business needs.
 * Operational Management
 * Lead and manage Tech Mahindra cybersecurity operations teams across multiple security domains, including: Security Operations Center (SOC)
 * Email Security management
 * Firewall and URL Web Filtering management
 * Vulnerability Management and Patch Management
 * Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR)
 * Identity and Access Management (IAM)
 * Privileged Access Management (PAM)
 * Support Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) activities
 * Ensure operational effectiveness and continuous improvement across all cybersecurity functions.
 * Promote cross functional collaboration to achieve program objectives and enhance organizational security posture.
