## About the Role

Are you looking to take the next step in your IT career with an established international high-tech organisation? Our client is a fully-fledged MSP provider supporting some of the most recognised companies in the market and is looking for a motivated and energetic IT Engineer to join its team.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and is looking to develop their career., At least 5 years' experience in a similar role, with experience in:

 * Configuring and implementing Cyber Essentials and GDPR security standards (mandatory)
 * Office 365 Cloud (Email, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive) (mandatory)
 * Intune and RMM and Telephone platform experience
 * Network Infrastructure maintenance and installations (Routers, Switches, AP's, DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, Firewalls, VLAN's)
 * Ability to proactively support and collaborate with service providers.
 * Follow industry best practices processes.
 * Windows Server 2016, 2019, 2022 (Group Policies, Security Policies etc)
 * Azure administration and implementations
 * Good understanding and knowledge of Windows 10, Windows 11 and Mac
 * Familiar with different client builds/imaging.
 * Strong customer support, written and verbal communication, and be a team player.
 * Ability to problem-solve independently.

## Description

* Act as the first point of contact for customers.
 * Attend customer sites as required to troubleshoot and resolve problems or issues, and carry out scheduled maintenance.
 * Manage incoming incidents and requests through the Service Desk Tool.
 * Keep customers updated on their cases in accordance with Service Level Agreements.
 * Escalate high-priority matters to Management when required.
 * Review daily priorities and take the necessary action to achieve results.
 * Monitor the integrity and status of customer sites, including usage, revisions, views and reporting, while ensuring customer business requirements are maintained to the highest standard.
 * Install, test, maintain and repair hardware and software.
 * Document processes and record tickets for outstanding work.
 * Manage high-priority incidents both on-site and off-site.
