As experience grows, responsibilities will expand to include Microsoft 365 administration and participation in exciting projects like the implementation and management of Microsoft Intune., * Provide first-line and second-line IT support to users. * Set up, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, and other IT equipment. * Monitor CyberSmart to ensure compliance with security requirements. * Keep operating systems, applications, and security tools updated. * Assist with user onboarding and offboarding processes. * Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and Microsoft 365 issues. * Support Microsoft 365 administration and security improvements. * Monitor and enhance Microsoft Secure Score. * Assist in the implementation and management of Microsoft Intune. * Maintain accurate IT asset records and technical documentation. * Collaborate on wider IT projects and continuous improvements., Development & Progression This role offers a clear path to grow from IT Support into IT Professional Services.
