Applicants should possess strong technical knowledge of IP networking technologies, including TCP/IP, SIP/VoIP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, firewalls and cloud networking, alongside hands-on experience configuring and supporting enterprise networking infrastructure. Experience troubleshooting complex networking issues using diagnostic tools such as Wireshark and packet capture software will be highly advantageous. Candidates should demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to remain calm and methodical while working within mission-critical environments where service availability is essential. Strong communication skills are equally important, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Applicants should ideally hold a recognised networking qualification such as Cisco CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+ or an equivalent certification. Experience supporting digital communications, technology-enabled services or the migration to All IP networks would be advantageous but is not essential. The successful individual will be customer-focused, collaborative and self-motivated, with a genuine passion for networking technologies and a proactive approach to delivering high-quality technical solutions.
