 * Ability to read technical drawings

* Identify and source spare parts for a wide range
 * First point of contact for parts telephone and email customer enquiries
 * Interpreting technical drawings
 * Preparing and issuing parts quotations
 * Liasing with suppliers
 * Maintaining accurate records
 * Provide technical guidance to customers
