This is a high-profile leadership position suited to an experienced delivery professional with strong technical knowledge, capable of driving performance, influencing senior stakeholders and ensuring the successful execution of complex technology and infrastructure programmes. Key Responsibilities * Provide strategic leadership across the organisation's technology operations portfolio, encompassing infrastructure, platform and operational technology projects. * Oversee programme governance, planning, prioritisation and dependency management across multiple workstreams and initiatives. * Work closely with senior leaders within Infrastructure, Networks, Platform Operations, Database Administration, Service Management and Site Reliability Engineering functions. * Lead risk, issue and change management processes, ensuring effective governance and clear reporting across the technology estate. * Ensure operational resilience, service availability and readiness are considered throughout the programme lifecycle and embedded within delivery practices.
