As part of their continued growth, they are scaling out a new SaaS platform and digital services designed to help clients reduce carbon emissions, optimise energy usage, and drive real-world environmental impact. They are seeking an experienced Software Development Manager who can combine hands-on technical expertise with proven leadership skills to build, lead, and inspire a small development team. This is an opportunity to take real ownership of product delivery, shaping and scaling SaaS solutions that directly contribute to tackling climate change and advancing the UK's net-zero goals.
