## Description

(C# / Java | Middle / Back Office - Private Credit / Bonds)

We're retained by a leading financial technology firm operating at the heart of the investment lifecycle, supporting complex asset classes across global markets.

This role suits a senior engineering leader who understands middle and back-office systems and has built platforms supporting private credit, bonds, or fixed income products.

What you'll be doing

 * Lead engineering teams building core middle/back-office platforms
 * Own architecture and delivery of systems covering data, workflows, and controls
 * Drive platform scalability, resilience, and regulatory readiness
 * Collaborate closely with Product, Ops, and client-facing teams
 * Develop engineering leaders and embed strong delivery discipline

What we're looking for

 * Senior leadership experience in C# or Java engineering environments
