## About the Role

* 5 years of commercial experience in a full-stack role.
 * Significant hands-on experience designing and delivering cloud-hosted .NET services at scale, including architecture decisions, performance tuning, and production operations.
 * Deep proficiency in C# and modern .NET (6), with strong command of async patterns, dependency injection, and building well-structured, maintainable codebases.
 * Strong proficiency in React - including hooks, state management (e.g. Redux, Zustand, or React Query), component architecture, and performance optimisation. Candidates with equivalent depth in a comparable framework (e.g. Vue) will be considered.

## Description

* Working in an Agile team, guide and assist in the design, development and maintenance of a C# .NET-based greenfield healthcare application.
 * Collaborate with clinical leads and stakeholders to understand ambiguous problems and user needs then translate them into elegant software solutions or designs.
 * Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following industry and healthcare compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, Data Protection Act, NHS IG).
 * Provide day-to-day technical mentorship of Junior and Mid-level developers.
 * Conduct thoughtful code reviews, testing, and debugging of applications. Where necessary, pair up with more junior members.
 * Design, develop and support integrations with NHS FHIR, e-RS, and third-party APIs.
 * Stay informed about healthcare technology trends and regulatory requirements.
