Overview

Responsibilities

 * Lead end-to-end UX design: from discovery and concept through to polished, production-ready interfaces.
 * Build and evolve our design system and component library, establishing consistent standards that scale as the product grows.
 * Run user research, usability testing and stakeholder interviews to ground design decisions in real insight.
 * Partner with Client Success Managers to translate client feedback and business requirements into user-centered design solutions.
