Experience administering Windows endpoints, servers, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365. * Working knowledge of networking concepts, including switching, routing, firewalls, VLANs, DNS, and DHCP. * Experience with endpoint management, patching, monitoring, and system documentation. * Ability to troubleshoot technical issues across endpoint, server, network, and cloud environments. * Strong communication skills and the ability to support both technical and non-technical users. * Ability to follow security, compliance, and change management procedures. Preferred Qualifications * Experience with Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive. * Experience with Proxmox VE, Veeam, Zabbix, or similar infrastructure platforms. * Familiarity with HIPAA, ISO 27001, cybersecurity controls, or audit support. * Experience working in healthcare, clinical, or regulated environments. * Basic scripting or automation experience using PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar tools. ## Description The System Administrator is responsible for the management, maintenance, security, and optimization of the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, endpoints, identity systems, Microsoft 365, and core technology platforms.
