You'll be accountable for ensuring product investments deliver tangible benefits and measurable outcomes.This is a high-impact role, and success will depend on your ability to influence, challenge, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure delivery remains aligned with resident needs, business priorities, and technology objectives.What you'll bringSignificant experience in a Product Owner, Product Manager or similar product role.Experience managing and developing CRM products (Microsoft Dynamics 365 desirable) in a complex organisation.Proven experience delivering products or services that create measurable customer and business value.Experience improving customer experiences and delivering measurable service improvements.Strong stakeholder management, influencing and decision-making skills.Experience using customer insight, operational data
