You and your role You'll join the Synergy Shared Services Hub at the forefront of a once-in-a-generation transformation of Civil Service shared services. You'll provide technical leadership in the design and delivery of secure, scalable and robust reporting data solutions. You'll work with stakeholders across government, leading the development of data pipelines, integrations, datasets and reporting products that enable trusted management information, business intelligence and analytics services. Strong experience of leading the design and delivery of complex data solutions across a team/business area in accordance with agreed organisational standards that ensure services are resilient, scalable and future proof. Advanced experience using SQL, Python, (in a Spark context) to interrogate, transform, analyse and troubleshoot complex datasets, with knowledge of Oracle Fusion reporting technologies, including FDI/AIDP and OTBI, or equivalent reporting platforms. Ability to lead the development of a portfolio of ETL pipelines, across a range of complex and/or large volume data including effective delegation of work. Knowledge of leading the identification, description and isolation of complex technical data, coding, tooling and platform problems; coaching the team in describing and resolving these. Ability to
