What You'll Do

 * Lead backend development initiatives and mentor engineers to ensure best practices.
 * Design and implement REST-based microservices with a focus on scalability and maintainability.
 * Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to deliver secure, resilient, and high-performing systems.
 * Promote continuous improvement in processes, culture, and technical standards.
