## About the Role

2 years of hands-on experience developing and configuring ServiceNow applications, modules, workflows, forms, and business rules
Strong understanding of ServiceNow scripting, including JavaScript, Glide APIs, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flow Designer
Experience supporting ServiceNow integrations with enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, or similar tools
Familiarity with AI assisted development tools and the ability to use them responsibly to accelerate coding, testing, documentation, or troubleshooting
Working knowledge of ITSM processes such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Service Catalog
Experience in cloud-based environments, preferably AWS heavy enterprise ecosystems
Ability to work in a financial services or other highly regulated environment with strong attention to security, auditability, and compliance
Comfortable collaborating with business users, architects, QA teams, and DevOps teams to deliver maintainable platform solutions
Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to analyze complex workflow or integration issues
Good communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audience

Desired Skillset:
Current ServiceNow Developer Certification preferred
ITIL certification is not explicitly required, but knowledge of ITSM, ITIL, and CMDB is expected
