## Description

Hologic is seeking a Manufacturing Data Coordinator to support our Medical Manufacturing & Production team. In this role, you will collect, validate, and analyze production data to ensure product quality and operational efficiency for women's health technologies. You will maintain manufacturing databases and dashboards, generate KPI and compliance reports, and collaborate with engineering, quality, and operations to drive process improvements. This position thrives in Hologic's mission-driven, innovative culture focused on continuous learning, cross-functional teamwork, and making a direct impact on patient outcomes worldwide., * Collect, validate, and enter manufacturing and production data from multiple sources

 * Maintain and update manufacturing databases, data tables, and data collection systems
 * Develop and maintain dashboards and standard reports for production KPIs and quality metrics
 * Analyze trends in yield, scrap, downtime, and throughput to support process improvements
 * Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering to investigate data-driven issues
 * Support compliance reporting and documentation for audits and regulatory requirements
 * Create and maintain work instructions and SOPs related to data collection and reporting
 * Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and timeliness across all manufacturing systems
 * Assist in implementation and testing of MES/ERP/reporting system enhancements
 * Communicate findings and insights clearly to cross-functional stakeholders
