## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
 * 4 to 7 years of professional software development experience.
 * Hands-on expertise in one or more technologies such as C#, .NET, Java, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
 * Experience developing modern web applications, APIs, and enterprise solutions.
 * Strong SQL and relational database knowledge.
 * Experience working with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.
 * Understanding of Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
 * Excellent analytical thinking, communication, and collaboration skills.

Bonus Points If You Have

 * Experience with UI/UX design, user research, and responsive web design.
 * A proven track record of contributing to website redesigns, digital modernization programs, or customer experience initiatives.
 * Ability to develop wireframes, mockups, or user experience recommendations.
 * Knowledge of statistics, data analytics, and data visualization techniques.
 * Experience with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Python, or R.
 * Exposure to laboratory, quality management, manufacturing, or regulated environments.
 * Familiarity with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS).
 * Understanding of proficiency testing programs, reference materials, ISO/IEC 17025, ISO 17043, or laboratory quality systems.
 * Experience within mining, minerals, environmental, industrial, or scientific testing industries.
