* 8 to 12 years of experience in software development with strong expertise in C and NET, NET Core
 * Handson experience with Event Driven Architecture EDA concepts and implementation
 * Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs and microservices
 * Handson experience in custom enterprise integrations across multiple applications and platforms
 * Strong understanding of design patterns SOLID principles and distributed systems
 * Experience with SQL Server and database design concepts
 * Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS

Preferred Skills

 * Experience in Banking Financial Services Insurance BFSI or Capital Markets domains
 * Exposure to containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
 * Experience with CICD pipelines and DevOps practices
 * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
 * Prior experience leading small to medium sized technical teams, Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or related field
