## Description

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Network Specialist to support a company focused on mission-critical network operations, deployment support, and cybersecurity initiatives within the federal defense sector. This position is on-site at Carderock, MD. The Network Specialist will provide direct network engineering, deployment, and technical support for operational environments supporting Department of the Navy missions through 2028. This is an opportunity to support deployed operations and ensure secure, reliable communications for mission-essential activities., * Provide network technical guidance and support during the planning and execution phases of deployments and exercises.

 * Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot routers, firewalls, IDS/IPS solutions, DNS, Active Directory, Exchange, and other enterprise network infrastructure.
 * Support deployed units with computer and network operations, ensuring reliable connectivity and rapid issue resolution.
 * Coordinate deployment logistics, including hardware and software requirements, travel documentation, equipment transportation, post-deployment reporting, and asset recovery.
