 * Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Azure AD user management.
 * Familiarity with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow or Zendesk.
 * Certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation preferred.

## Description

Provide Tier 2 and/or Tier 3-level support to end-users for desktop systems, troubleshooting hardware and software issues efficiently within SLA guidelines.
