## About the Role

* Hands-on experience in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4 HANA HCM

 * Strong knowledge of HR processes and business rules.

 * Experience with schema modifications, PCRs (Personnel Calculation Rules), Payroll and time evaluation.

 * Provide on-going support to SAP HCM modules including Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Benefits, US Payroll and Time Management.

## Description

* Design and optimize organizational structures, enterprise structures and time policies to meet business requirements.

 * Configure and customize PA, OM, Benefits, US Payroll and Time Management modules to align with business processes.

 * Work closely with business teams to understand the system needs and enhancements.

 * Understand and support the custom solutions designed and implemented for the non-standard solutions.

 * Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and HR policies.

 * Support workflow automation for HR processes

 * Manage time evaluation, US Payroll, and integration with other third-party applications.

 * Troubleshoot issues related to Payroll, Benefits, time recording, time data processing and shift scheduling.

 * Proven expertise in SAP Payroll implementation and support.
