## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree or equal expertise
 * Excellent communication skills, leadership competencies, and high level of emotional intelligence
 * Experience working in an Agile Scrum environment or good familiarity with the Agile methodologies
 * Proven expertise as a Scrum Master in a globally distributed environment
 * 4+ years' experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile Release Train
 * Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
 * Ability to leverage AI LLM tools to create efficiencies in the processes, continuous improvement, ways of working, backlog hygiene, forecasting and planning.

 * On-video collaboration is required for this role.

 * SAFe 6.0 SSM certification (active)
