 * Strong C++ development for hardware/firmware interfacing and protocol parsing
 * Hands-on with industrial comms: EtherNet/IP, Modbus (TCP/RTU), IO-Link, serial interfaces; Experience integrating COTS devices (IODD usage, vendor SDKs, serial/Ethernet bridges)
 * Solid debugging (oscilloscope/logic analyzer/Wireshark) and real-time/threading fundamentals
 * Speed and expertise
