We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Python Developer with 10+ years of experience to design, build, and optimize scalable backend systems and APIs. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in Python frameworks, cloud-native architecture, and a strong track record of leading technical initiatives, mentoring teams, and delivering high-performance production systems., * 10+ years of professional software development experience, with 7+ years focused on Python

 * Strong expertise in Python frameworks: Django, Flask, or FastAPI
 * Solid understanding of RESTful API design, GraphQL, and microservices architecture
 * Hands-on experience with relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis, Cassandra) databases
 * Proficiency in cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (compute, storage, serverless, containers)
 * Experience with containerization and orchestration tools: Docker, Kubernetes
 * Strong knowledge of message queues/streaming systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS)
 * Proficient with version control (Git) and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)
 * Experience writing automated tests using pytest, unittest, or similar frameworks
 * Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design principles
 * Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
 * Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments

Education
Bachelor''s or Master''s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)

## Description

* Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend applications and RESTful/GraphQL APIs using Python
 * Architect microservices-based solutions and drive best practices around modularity, reusability, and maintainability
 * Lead design discussions, code reviews, and technical decision-making across the engineering team
 * Optimize application performance, database queries, and system scalability for high-traffic environments
 * Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, ensuring smooth deployment and release cycles
 * Integrate third-party APIs, services, and data pipelines into existing systems
 * Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure code quality and reliability
 * Collaborate closely with product managers, DevOps, QA, and front-end teams in an Agile/Scrum environment
 * Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex production issues across distributed systems
 * Mentor junior and mid-level developers, conduct knowledge-sharing sessions, and enforce coding standards
 * Stay current with emerging Python ecosystem trends, libraries, and best practices
