Experience working within a healthcare-related technology environment is a plus., * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience. * Approximately 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting AWS environments. * Strong working knowledge of AWS cloud infrastructure and administration. * Experience with core AWS services and cloud resource management. * Understanding of cloud networking concepts, including virtual networks, routing, subnets, and security controls. * Experience with scripting or automation using technologies such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell. * Ability to troubleshoot infrastructure, connectivity, performance, and availability issues. * Strong understanding of cloud security principles and access management. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills. * Ability to work independently while partnering effectively with technical and business stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications * AWS certification such as Solutions Architect - Associate or SysOps Administrator - Associate. * Experience supporting technology within healthcare, medical services, pharmacy, or other highly regulated environments. * Familiarity with electronic health record platforms or healthcare financial/revenue-cycle technology. * Experience supporting cloud environments where availability, security, and data protection are critical. * Exposure to infrastructure-as-code and automated deployment practices.
