## About the Role

Do you have experience in Word embeddings?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * High school diploma or equivalent

 * 1 year of pallet jack and/or forklift experience
 * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
 * Strong verbal and written communication skills
 * Ability to read, write, and speak English
 * Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
 * Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
 * Ability to lift and move up to 10 lbs

Preferred Skills

 * Experience with warehouse inventory reconciliation and returns processing
 * Familiarity with billing, credits, and inventory systems

## Description

Seeking a Warehouse Returns & Inventory Associate to support driver check-ins, returned product processing, and inventory accuracy in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in freezer and cooler conditions.

Responsibilities

 * Check in drivers returning from routes and verify returned products and paperwork
 * Inspect returned items and determine restocking eligibility or credit processing
 * Document delivery exceptions, missed collections, and damaged products
 * Process claims, inventory adjustments, and return documentation accurately
 * Separate, stage, and count returned products for inventory processing
 * Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile discrepancies
 * Follow food safety and warehouse safety procedures
 * Communicate operational issues and inventory concerns to supervisors
