This role drives the design, selection, and implementation of modern infrastructure solutions across the Royal Caribbean technology portfolio. As a hands-on engineering leader, the Lead Engineer owns solutions end-to-end-from discovery and architecture through deployment and operational readiness-working closely with infrastructure teams, product owners, enterprise architects, and operations engineers.
