## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
 * 2 - 4 years related work experiencewith C#.NET, ASP.NET Core, Restful Web API design
 * Claude Code or similar AI coding
 * Docker / Containerization

 * PostgreSQL
 * Google Cloud (GCP)
 * Azure DevOps / CI/CD Pipelines
 * NUnit / Unit Testing
 * Playwright Automated Testing
 * Terraform
 * Relevant Interoperability or Healthcare Technology Experience:

 * Identity and Access Management (IAM)
 * Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
 * Healthcare IT experience
 * Compliance and audit logging

Job Expectations:

 * Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed
 * Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information
 * Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time, Applicants for U.S.-based positions with WellSky must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Certain client-facing positions may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunizations and occupational health mandates.

## Description

* Develop and maintain features and components of WellSky solutions with an emphasis on code quality, performance, and scalability.
 * Collaborate with solution managers, designers, and other teams to gather requirements, propose solutions, and deliver high-impact features that align with business goals.
 * Identify and resolve technical issues in production and development environments.
 * Optimize system performance and scalability through troubleshooting and ongoing improvements.
 * Prepare technical documentation and participate in code reviews to ensure that software code meets internal standards and follows industry best practices.
 * Develop and maintain a robust set of unit tests and participate in other styles of automated testing, including integration, load, and performance testing to validate quality of code written.
 * LeverageAItools and platforms as an integral part of daily responsibilities to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows, and drive data-informed outcomes.
 * Perform other job duties as assigned.
