## Description

* Designing and implementing utility management and asset management plans throughout their lifecycle.
 * Assisting with field assessments of infrastructure.
 * Building and maintaining management tools such as structured databases, interactive business intelligence platforms, and data visualization dashboards.
 * Preparing polished client-facing materials and presentations.
 * Contributing to pursuit development and project scoping
 * Serving as Project Engineer/Manager for UMS engagements.
 * Client interaction and coordinating with engineering, planning, and science teams.
 * Diagnosing client needs and developing strategic, customized solutions.
