## Description

The successful candidate will have strong experience supporting Windows 10/11, Microsoft Intune, Active Directory and VMware Horizon/VDI environments, ideally within Defence, Government or other highly secure environments., * Provide 3rd line technical support across Windows desktop and EUC environments.

 * Support and troubleshoot Windows 10/11 endpoints.
 * Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft Intune-managed devices.
 * Support Active Directory, Group Policy and user/device administration.
 * Provide technical support across VMware Horizon/VDI environments.
 * Troubleshoot virtual desktops, desktop pools, user sessions and connectivity issues.
 * Support deployment, configuration and troubleshooting of enterprise applications.
 * Assist with application packaging and software deployment.
 * Investigate and resolve complex endpoint, application and virtual desktop incidents.
 * Work with infrastructure, application and security teams to resolve technical issues.
 * Maintain technical documentation and follow strict change/configuration management processes.
 * Work within secure Government/Defence environments and associated security procedures.
