This position will be primarily responsible for: * Administering, developing, and maintaining solutions within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem such as SharePoint Online, Microsoft Power Platform. * Gathering, analyzing, and translating business requirements into technical solutions; creating and maintaining documentation and procedures. * Supporting integration of enterprise systems, cloud services, and databases to enable seamless data exchange and process automation. * Contributing to application development using modern frameworks such as .NET and web technologies (e.g., React) or similar. * Working collaboratively with technical and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, reliable, and user-focused solutions. * Providing technical support at an escalated level and collaborating with commercial IT solution providers for issue resolution, system upgrades, licensing, troubleshooting, maintenance, and implementations.
