You do not need to know everything on day one, but you should have a solid starting point and a strong desire to keep improving. You should be comfortable working in Revit, interested in how buildings are designed and built, and willing to take on different types of work without needing the role to be the same every day. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to jump in, ask good questions, and help move work forward. The right person will not shy away from new technology, field work, modeling challenges, or unfamiliar workflows.
