Our technology enables the next generation of power conversion, accelerating the transition to high efficiency, high power conversion solutions and inspiring new power system architectures., * The MOCVD Process Engineer's primary responsibility is to develop and qualify advanced MOCVD processes for wide bandgap and high power transistors. This Engineer will lead projects focused on epi performance, process control, wafer characterization, and process qualification while producing the epi wafers needed by their fab colleagues to deliver the overall team's program goals. * This role requires an efficient and effective collaborator with a team-first attitude; this role will interact closely with process engineering, process integration, and device teams to deliver, sustain, and improve wafer attributes for device performance and yield. * The individual in this role must be self-motivated and hands-on with an ability to contribute independently.
