This role is responsible for translating business requirements into detailed technical requirements, developing system and software designs, and documenting the target-state architecture required to support future capabilities. The Systems Engineer serves as the technical lead during solution definition, ensuring requirements are complete, architectures are scalable and maintainable, and software engineering teams have the technical direction needed to successfully implement complex capabilities.
