Proficiency with SQL, Microsoft SQL Server, Snowflake, data modeling, and ELT or ETL development; experience with Coalesce or similar transformation and orchestration tools is strongly preferred. Strong scripting or programming skills in languages commonly used for data engineering and automation, such as SQL, Python, PowerShell, or C#. Strong proficiency in supporting data analytics and reporting tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms. Working knowledge of AI-assisted productivity, analytics, automation, or documentation tools, with the ability to validate outputs and apply sound judgment. Knowledge of healthcare data privacy responsibilities and the handling of confidential information. Preferred qualifications include hands-on experience with Snowflake, Coalesce, Microsoft SQL Server, Azure Data Factory or similar Azure data services, source control, deployment workflows, healthcare data, and business intelligence or analytics platforms such as Tableau or Power BI. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Team Orientation & Interpersonal highly motivated, collaborative, and service-oriented, with the ability to develop and maintain productive relationships with executives, peers, clinicians, clinical leaders, and external stakeholders.
