The role As the Technical Product Owner, you will lead the strategic development, administration and optimisation of FORA's Salesforce ecosystem, ensuring it empowers our commercial teams to deliver exceptional performance. You will manage a team of Salesforce and Nexudus professionals, collaborate cross-department to drive innovation, automation and integration, and own core services such as Pardot, CPQ, Docusign, Nexudus, OfficeR&D and JustOn. You will play a pivotal role in exploring and implementing AI-driven solutions to enhance sales operations and customer engagement, and will lead stakeholder management and work closely with the Sales and Commercial teams. Key responsibilities * Own the Salesforce platform roadmap for sales and commercial operations, aligning with business goals and stakeholder needs. * Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce administrators, developers and Nexudus support specialists, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. * Manage configuration, development and integration of Salesforce with key systems including Pardot, CPQ, DocuSign, SAP, JustOn, Nexudus and Freshservice. * Champion automation and AI initiatives to streamline workflows, improve data quality and enhance user experience. * Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to understand customer needs and develop strategies. * Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance and IT teams to gather requirements, prioritise features and deliver scalable solutions. * Ensure platform governance, data integrity, compliance with internal policies and external regulations. * Monitor platform performance, user adoption and ROI, providing regular reporting and insights to leadership. * Provide career development guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members. * Adhere to Salesforce best practices, coding standards and be the escalation point for technical issues related to Salesforce applications. * Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and technologies, manage integration with third-party applications and services, and own technical documentation and training materials. * Own the relationship with vendors including third-party resource partners.
