Job Description

A Data Analyst will collaborate with the team to identify, implement, and validate suitable tools, translating business needs into actionable metrics.

Key Responsibilities

 * Data analysis, specification, data profiling, measurements and improvements
 * Creating and maintaining data visualisations (architecture, implementation, training, support, monitoring and tuning)
 * Presenting data in compelling, clear and actionable stories
 * Leading and facilitating workshops for stakeholders
 * Developing a performance management framework, defining KPIs and ensuring they are measurable
 * Working collaboratively with agile delivery teams
 * Producing regular performance reports and dashboards that drive stakeholder decision-making

Qualifications

 * Over 1 year of experience as a Data Analyst
 * Degree in Computer Science or a STEM field
 * Ability to present complex analysis and visualisations, providing tactical and strategic recommendations
