## About the Role

* Strong experience working as a Network Engineer in a technical support or MSP environment ideally.
 * Solid hands-on expertise with Fortinet firewalls
 * Experience with F5 load balancing
 * Ideally, exposure to or experience with Palo Alto technologies
 * Good understanding of routing and switching fundamentals
 * Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work under pressure
 * A proactive mindset with a desire to develop professionally
 * Relevant vendor certifications (Fortinet / Palo Alto / F5 / Cisco) are highly desirable but not essential

Your Role As a Network Engineer, you will play a key position in designing, implementing, and supporting secure and scalable network solutions for enterprise clients. This role will suit someone who is confident working across complex environments, with a strong focus on next-generation firewalls and load-balancing technologies.
Your responsibilities will include:

 * Configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting next-generation firewalls, particularly Fortinet and Palo Alto
 * Managing and optimising F5 load balancers
 * Supporting network routing, switching, security, and performance optimisation
 * Working closely with customers to resolve technical escalations
 * Contributing to project implementations, upgrades, and solution deployments
 * Ensuring network integrity, security, and high availability across customer environments
