This role will be very automation focused so it is required this individual is very technical! The responsibilities * Ensure readiness of the global trading platform for both pre-trading and post-trading activities. * Monitor and support the entire transaction flow across the trading platform. * Promptly identify, analyse, and resolve alerts and issues, or escalate them to minimize disruptions in trade flow and prevent outages. * Collaborate extensively with the trading community, back office operations, brokers, exchanges, development teams, and infrastructure teams. * Supervise automated processes, scheduled jobs, and routine reports. * Create tooling and automate processes where necessary to optimise workflows/inefficiencies * Liaise with Dev and Infrastructure teams to coordinate and participate in software/new version releases.
